“100 Best Posters 2025” – Winner Emely Ulmer

Student Emely Ulmer wins the “100 Best Posters 2025” competition. Congratulations!

Emely Ulmer’s silkscreen poster “Hygiene Products” was created as part of Prof. Florian Bayer’s semester project, “The New Alphabet of the Enlightenment—On the Body, Love, and Sexual Self-Determination.”

“100 Best Posters” is a competition that has been showcasing outstanding poster design from the DACH region for over 25 years. It is recognized beyond the German-speaking world as a leading authority on contemporary poster design. The accompanying exhibitions cover approximately 16,000 kilometers and travel through more than seven countries on two continents.

The selection of the “100 Best Posters” was entrusted to an international jury. Its members in 2026 were Enrico Bravi (Vienna), Malte Martin (Paris), Sascia Reibel (Berlin), Sven Tillack (Stuttgart), and Annik Troxler (Riehen near Basel).

The five-member jury awarded prizes to 30 entries from Germany, 8 from Austria, and 62 from Switzerland, ranging from commissioned works to student projects. A total of 2,297 individual and series posters from 676 studios and graphic designers were considered for selection.
