Olia Lialina – Net Artist

This first monograph of the international net art pioneer and New Media professor Olia Lialina allows us to (re)discover this always contemporary artistic practice, inviting us to plunge into the specificities of the internet medium (flows, URLs, protocols, etc.), and sketching a media archaeology.

A special detail is the design of the front and back, which consists of peel-off stickers and refers to the modular structure of the World Wide Web. The design is by graduate Manuel Bürger.
