Digital exhibition at the end of the winter semester 2020/21
Under the title 20DEGREES, Spanish media artist Manuel Minch developed a virtual version of the Merz Akademie in collaboration with New Media professor Mario Doulis and students, in which visitors* can experience the bachelor’s and master’s projects. Minch, founder and director of the Internet Moon Gallery, was a fellow of the web residency program at Akademie Schloss Solitude and has already realized virtual exhibitions several times, including as a guest lecturer with students of the Merz Akademie.
In addition to the final exhibition 20DEGREES, there will be an extensive digital showcase of current projects from the study areas of Crossmedia Publishing, Film and Video, New Media, and Visual Communication.
